Sales and Business Development Executive

Leela Consultancy Limited is an East London based Consultancy firm providing IT expertise and services as part of Software as a Service (SaaS) working model. We aim to provide affordable and efficient software expertise to individuals, start-ups, small businesses and bigger firms. As part of serving clients with dependable and up to date technical expertise in the ever changing and dynamic software world, Leela Consultancy Limited is growing their team.

We're looking for a driven and ambitious Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new leads and target markets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Prospect, qualify and connect with potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new clients.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales and business development plan.

  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly driven individual
    • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
