We aim to provide affordable and efficient software expertise to individuals, start-ups, small businesses and bigger firms. As part of serving clients with dependable and up to date technical expertise in the ever changing and dynamic software world, Leela Consultancy Limited is growing their team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
Deeply understand client challenges and pain points through insightful questioning and active listening.
Analyze client needs and map them to our product/service offerings, crafting tailored solutions that deliver measurable results.
Develop compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically feasible and meet client requirements.
Assist with the sales cycle by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
⦁ Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and success.
⦁ Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we provide best-in-class solutions.
Qualifications
- ⦁ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales role
- ⦁ Proven track record of successfully identifying client needs and presenting effective solutions.
- ⦁ Strong understanding of the IT Industry and the challenges faced by businesses in this space.
- ⦁ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- ⦁ Deep understanding of the sales process and a results-oriented mindset.
- ⦁ Proficiency in technical writing and ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise language.
- ⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ⦁ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
